“The therapists at Heartland are MIRACLE WORKERS!!!!! They are excellent communicators and provide families with strategies that help foster continued growth at home! They have always been kind, thoughtful and willing to go the extra mile!  I can’t say enough great things about our experience!”

Mary K.

“Heartland Speech and OT has quite simply been amazing for our family. My twin boys have received both speech and OT services through Heartland for the last 4.5+ years. The providers are top notch and caring. The owners have really created a positive environment for everyone involved. They’ve always been understanding and accommodating of all of our circumstances over the years. We have seen such improvement in my boys over the years and it’s a true testament to Heartland’s hard work and dedication. We honestly feel less like patients and more like family here. I couldn’t think of a better atmosphere for my children to learn and grow and I am so grateful that we’ve been able to receive services from Heartland. I would recommend them to everyone needing speech and OT services; it will be the best decision you can make for your child!”

Brandi S.

“We have been bringing our son to Heartland for over a year now, and I cannot express enough thanks for the help we (parents) and our son have received. He has improved by leaps and bounds, and everyone at Heartland is amazing. They’re always open with communication and I cannot explain how happy I am we got to work with Laura, Emma, Karen, Bailey, and all the other staff at Heartland.

Jenna K.

“What a blessing Heartland Speech has been for my family. My son has been attending Speech and OT sessions here for 4 years to assist with speech development and management of sensory needs for autism. Every single therapist is like a family member, and they advocate for my son like he was their own flesh and blood. When we first started out, Laura would walk my son across the street personally from the nearby daycare. When my insurance company wanted to try to deny my son coverage, they spent hours advocating for my son to receive the care he needs. They have been open and honest about all aspects of my sons therapy journey, and have been receptive and adaptive to any suggestions or modifications I have requested. They worked directly with my sons school special education representative to assure a harmonious strategy across his entire day. I have no doubt that each and every member of their team loves my son like their own, and would do anything they could do assure his development is a success. I can not say enough praise for Heartland and the positive impact they have had in my family’s life.”

Molly H.

“My son has been going to Heartland for almost two years and everyone has truly become like family! Having a kid in therapy can be a roller coaster but everyone Heartland is truly invested getting your child to reach their full potential. They celebrate the small victories and are there by your side through the frustrations. We have done both Speech and Occupational Therapy here and would highly recommend them.”

Ashley P.

“The ladies at heartland speech have been a godsend for my family!! They have and continue to give us the encouragement and support we need to continue on this journey. I would never take my child to anyone else. They have become more than just our therapist but family!!”

Maria H.

“I highly recommend Heartland for both speech and occupational therapy. My son made consistent and quick progress. Most importantly, he enjoyed going. He genuinely looked forward to seeing Karen, Tessa, or Heather and their positive relationship with him was a big key to his success in therapy. He trusted them and they treated him like family. Laura at the front is so welcoming and can help with pretty much anything you need outside of therapy. We had the absolute best experience here. They helped change the trajectory of my son’s life.”

Jennifer K.

“Love that we can receive both speech and OT here. We are greeted warmly every week and have seen consistent and steady progress. I look forward to the day we no longer need services but it will be like saying goodbye to family. Highly recommend!”

Jessica G.

“We highly recommend Heartland for speech and occupational therapy. The staff has always been friendly and professional. The therapists are excellent with communicating with families and provide ways we can work on things at home. They make speech and occupational therapy fun and my son enjoys it!!”

Kristen M.

“Heartland Speech and Language treated us like family. Every therapist there knew my son’s name. Karen is amazing. My son would not be where he is today without her skills, hard work, patience, and guidance. After each session she would explain what they worked on and would give me pointers on how to keep working on the same things at home. That communication was fantastic. We were truly sad to leave Heartland Speech and Language  when he “graduated” but we’re so thankful to progress so much. We LOVE Heartland Speech and Language!”
